Q: Bootcamp startup

My Macbook, after trying to bootcamp my computer takes long to startup. Because of an error i wasn't able to install windows, so i decided to delete the partition and not continue on with installation of windows.

My mac still takes some time to startup and boot, is there a way to fix this?

My mac is NOT bootcamped anymore.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5), null

I went to the disk utility clicked on hard drive then clicked partition and after that i dragged the circle until it was full then hit apply.

You need to use BC Assistant to remove Windows which also properly merges the disk space. You still have remnants of Windows on your Mac.

The proper method is Boot Camp: Remove Windows from your Mac .

Do you have a Time Machine backup of your OSX Partition?

When i go BC assistant the option to remove windows 7 or later isn't there

You have already modified the disk contents, so BCA Remove will no longer work. You need to use TM to backup, erase your internal disk, and then restore your OSX partition.
