Q: How do I find the music I have hearted whilst listening to Apple Radio?

I have hearted whilst listening to Apple Radio? I have hearted heaps and am now unable to find them.

And when I say hearted I mean that heart that comes up next to the song title when you are listening to it in Apple Radio.

    Hi aiyanabanana,

Thanks for your question.  It sounds like you are wanting to see all of the songs your marked as a favorite in your Music app.    Marking these songs helps Apple know what your preferences are.  It does not automatically create a playlist for you.  So, if that is your goal, you would need to create a playlist of your favorites and add the songs to your playlist.  The resources below will explain this in a little more detail.

Refine the For You suggestions in Apple Music on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC

When you join Apple Music, we ask you to choose genres and artists that you like. We use these choices to give you music suggestions from our experts who know and love music, in the For You section of the Music app. You can help us refine your suggestions even more.

     Choose more of your favorites

When you listen to songs and albums that you like, let us know. We'll use this information to give you better suggestions. When you find an album or song that you like, tap or click once on the heart. (If you tap the heart on accident, just tap or click it again to clear it.)

Add music from Apple Music Radio to your library

When you hear music that you like on Apple Music Radio, you can add it your library to listen to later. You can add it to My Music or just add it to a playlist.

On your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac or PC:

    1. Tap the More Options icon   to the right of the song, album, or playlist.
    2. Tap the   to add the song to My Music or tap "Add to a Playlist."

On your Apple TV, hold down on the Touch surface of your remote, then select "Add to My Music" or "Add to a Playlist."

    On your Android phone:

    1. Tap the More Options icon  to the right of the song, album, or playlist.
    2. Tap the   to add the song to My Music or tap "Add to a Playlist."

Add a song to a playlist in Apple Music without adding it to your library

I hope that clears up the confusion.  Enjoy the rest of your day!

Thanks! Definitely is very helpful. But does this mean that all those songs I have hearted are unfindable now?

    Hi aiyanabanana,

I'm afraid so.  This action does not create a genius playlist.  There's a chance that these songs will play again if you marked them as favorites.   Just remember to save them to a playlist from this point on.

    Take care.
