Q: Itunes voucher redeemed with no credit showing
I redeemed my iTunes voucher (£15) on my iPad mini 4 and no credit showing on my account. The voucher is now showing that it has been used. How can I resolve this?

You've tried logging out and back into your account on your iPad ?
And you didn't owe iTunes anything ?

If it still doesn't show, and you didn't owe iTunes, try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can see what happened - use the 'contact us' link at the bottom right of every page on here
