Q: I can't download a series of books, the button doesn't work.

I keep trying to download E.O. Wilson's series of books (Life on Earth). I have tried several times and have only been able to download one of them.

 

This is apparently a common issue (based on the reviews).

The Download button doesn't seem to do anything for them OR a book begins to download and then fails.

I've tried this on two mac computers and my iPad. I think this is an iBooks issue.

 

How do I get these items?

    I would suggest reaching out the iTunes Store support team; they work with issues that pertain to all of Apple's stores, including the iBooks Store, and can help investigate why those specific books are giving you trouble downloading across multiple devices.
