Q: Need help with authorization

So my problem is that my old computer has fried so I cant deauthorize it and im at my max authorizations. Also I deauthorized all my computers May 1st so it wont let me do that again for a year. I bought a new computer and now I cant authorize it because I have no access to the old one. Is there anyway of being able to deauthorize them all again before May 1st of 2017?
