Q: earpods have a strange sound in one side
bought my ear pods 9 months ago and they are still under 1 year warranty. they have a small tear in the cord and i dont have the receipt but i have the original packaging. can i get them replaced?

EarPods are covered under Apple's One-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, but not against accidental damage or misuse.
Contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation to arrange for them to be checked by Apple and, if eligible, repaired or replaced under warranty:
