You cannot install Windows 10 on a USB flash drive or an external drive using a Mac.

I think you are missing the point. If you did all that Windows 10 would already be installed on your Mac. If you want to create a bootable Windows 10 USB flash drive you have to do it by running your Windows 10 install then creating it from there.

Run Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal, and then type the highlighted command. You should get output similar to the following.

This is a Fusion drive which you have 'broken'. Can you explain why?

    /dev/disk2 (external, physical):

       #:                       TYPE NAME                    SIZE       IDENTIFIER

       2:                  Apple_HFS Untitled                31.7 GB    disk2s2

This is incorrectly formatted/partitioned. It should look as follows...

    /dev/disk1 (external, physical):

      #:                      TYPE NAME                    SIZE      IDENTIFIER

      0:    FDisk_partition_scheme                        *16.0 GB    disk1

      1:                DOS_FAT_32 WININSTALL              16.0 GB    disk1s1

It needs to be formatted as follows...

Please unmount all ISO images - disk3 and disk4.

Disconnect the external USB flash drive. It is not needed as documented in How to install Windows using Boot Camp - Apple Support -

    • For most Mac models, you also need a blank 16 GB or larger USB flash drive
You don't need a USB flash drive for MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015), MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015), MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015), iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, Late 2015), iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2015), iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015), iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Mid 2015), and Mac Pro (Late 2013). These models use the internal drive to temporarily store what you need to install Windows.
