Q: apple id

I bought my ipad in 2013 and registered in icloud. But i never used icloud and not remember my password. In appstore i worked by other e-mail (*****@i.ua). Yesterday my ipad was blocking. I must enter the account password for icloud, but I do not remember my password. My icloud account was blocking. When password recovery the message must come to an account icloud (*****@icloud.com), but I do not know the password to it! Now i have Apple ID *****@i.ua. How to unlock my ipad?
