Q: Mismatched apple iCloud backup

I Recently got 2 new Apple iPhones, I tried to restore my iCloud backup to my new iPhones. And it was showing some other account on the restore, even though I signed into my iCloud account. And I wasn't able to restore my backup, it was asking for password for some other email, even though I had my icloud account signed in, a couple of screens before.

Good thing I had a previous backup on my iTunes on my computer, which I was able to restore.

After further investigating, I realize my total space used on iCloud doesn't even match the amount I have backed up into iCloud. It is showing 118gb free of 200gb, while just device backups, under manage backups, it is showing I have almost 35gb of storage used. I should have about 55 gb of photos and videos stored also..  Unless none of those count toward iCloud storage, I can't see how the number add up, and believe my iCloud account is broken.

Is there something wrong with my iCloud account, how can I rectify.
