Q: iMac made a loud pop now screen tilts forward. Happen to anyone else? OF course its like a month past warranty.

Take it in for warranty service. According to https://origin-discussions-us.apple.com/thread/7483745?start=0&tstart=0 Apple will most likely repair the support even though you are out of warranty.

I bought a $20 gadget off eBay and when I'm ready to buy another computer, it will not be an Apple. For the price to replace this I can buy 4 pc desktops and Apple doesn't last any longer.
