Q: This third-party repair store broke my phone and won't fix it.

About a month ago, I had a third-party store repair a charging problem with my iPhone 5C. Then, the software started deteriorating, and it became a "brick." I have written proof from Apple saying that the repair that the third-party store did is the DIRECT cause of the phone's issues, but the store STILL won't do anything about it even though I'm under warranty! Does anyone know how to make them give me the service they promised?
