Sep 3, 2016 1:08 PM in response to JohnFH741by roaminggnome,How to make a third party store deliver?
You can take them to small claims court.
You could keep going up the ladder until you get a person to help.
You may not get any more help.

Sep 3, 2016 1:11 PM in response to JohnFH741by Allan Eckert,You claimed, "I'm under warranty!"
Not any longer. Ever since you allow a third party store to attempt a repair on watch, the warranty was void.

Sep 3, 2016 1:14 PM in response to Allan Eckertby JohnFH741,I think you may have misunderstood. I'm under the third-party store's warranty, but they won't replace the phone even though I have written confirmation from Apple saying that the repair store caused the problem. Thanks for replying though

Sep 3, 2016 1:19 PM in response to JohnFH741by Csound1,Unfortunately 3rd party stores are not run by Apple, if they were you would probably have a replacement phone by now. All that is left to you is to make a fuss and demand one from them, and if they won't only legal action can force them.

Sep 3, 2016 2:13 PM in response to JohnFH741by Michael Black,You're dealing with a private company with no affiliatuon with Apple. Basically, you are on your own with that. You can deal with in the same manner you would deal with any service company that you feel is not acting fairly. Take them to court.
