Q: Getting error message "reminder.create.quota_exceeded"

I can add more reminders on my iPhone without a problem.  But when I try to add (or clear completed) reminders on my PC through iCloud.com, I get "Dialog.error.text.reminder.create.quota_exceeded".  I also accessed iCloud from another computer and got the same error message. Before today could add/clear reminders without a problem. On both computers I tried with Internet Explorer and Chrome with same results. I am Far below the quota limit set by Apple.  Does anyone have a solution for this issue?
