16 GB, wifi only, iPad 2 recently upgraded to iOS 9.3.4. Since moving from iOS 7 to iOS 9.x (not sure where it was when I started) the system has been slow, web pages on Safari have been slow and frequently result in the message they crashed and are being reloaded. Other apps just stop and retrun to home page.
Is 16 GB too little to run the most recent iOS versions successfully on this device? I don't have a lot of apps, don't run games on my iPad and I drag the apps off the multi-tasking screen frequently because I think that reduces the load on active memory.
