Sep 3, 2016 9:45 PM in response to naomi11by ChrisJ4203,Use the Report a Problem link in the email receipt, or you can log into reportaproblem.apple.com and report the problem with a purchase. Normally all purchases in iTunes are final, however at times they provide refunds or other compensation. You will need to address that with iTunes support.
