Hello guys
Recently both my USB ports have stopped functioning, due to some damage to the logic board. After taking it to an apple shop and being advised that a logic board replacement will cost £400-ish, I've decided to look for a way around the problem.
My thunderbolt port still works fine, as I use it alongside a HDMI adapter for displaying my screen on a television. I've looked around online and struggled to find a thunderbolt to female USB adapter, and I'm wondering if anybody on these forums knows where I may find one?
Failing this, does anybody know of ANY USB adapters I could use for my Macbook Pro 15" Mid 2012? As far as I know the only ports that aren't working are the USB ones, so any other adapter that is available for this would help me immensely.
