Q: iPhone 5 on black screen

My iPhone 5 screen has gone completely black and is not reacting to the home button and, my lock button is broken. I have tried restoring my iPhone from iTunes on my laptop but it tells me I must delete find my iPhone. I went onto icloud.com and removed my device from find my iphone but iTunes is still telling me to delete find my iphone. Any suggestions on how to get my phone working again and off the black screen?
