Yes, why not take a look at EverWeb. It was designed to be very like iWeb, but with all the things that you wished iWeb had built in, like a contact form, drop down menus etc., and much more.

The layout is very much like iWeb and it was deliberately designed to be so - take a look here EverWeb.
