Q: Updates have changed message

Well....actually it seemed to be installed when I restarted the imac.

Go figure..I restarted in several times after the update wouldn't install.

Same thing with another imac I have. Plus it keeps showing an update for

Pixelmaker is available but it's the same update I have already installed.

The updates have changed message has appeared in both imacs.

Oh well....

I appreciate you trying to help me. And I like that you sent links too.

When I click on the Privacy tab there is nothing there. So..the next step says to "drag the folder or disk that you want to

index...."I don't know which folder to use. If I click on the "add" button it shows highlighted the applications folder. Is this the correct folder to reindex ?

I have not tried the other Security update d/l you sent.

All the imac problems seemed to be fixed by the download link for the security update  provided by

you. Thanks for your help !
