Q: I want my old function back.

I noticed several people expressing the same sentiment I felt today when I discovered that the latest iPod update lost a function I used to enjoy. I want to be able to listen to all my albums by a single artist in the order they appear on the albums, and then I want it to start over again with the first album I played. I don't want to make a playlist, I just want it the way it used to be. Why did you make that change? And more importantly, can you change it back immediately?

I am sorry, but I am afraid your iPod cannot change back, coz the serial number has been changed.

Just what does this mean: "the serial number has been changed."?

It does not make sense. No serial number gets changed.  I suspect you mean that you can't restore to an earlier iOS version because Apple stopped signing the previous version.

Downgrading Ios version is not supported.

You can make a suggestion to Apple here. You are not addressing APple here, we are all just users like yourself
