Q: MacBook pro

Have been trying to download new update software on MacBook Pro and it stopped half way through, it appears to be stuck on the apple grey screen. Gave tried safe booting etc and it always stops at the same point! Help! Anyone?

Try to boot in Safe Mode. it could be boot finished.

If this is the Security update forget about it for now. Lots of people have had problems with it as well as downloading it. Problems likely on Apple's end.
