Q: Windscribe VP N
I'm a novice to vpn and need help. The windscribe vpn lifetime download says I need to disable firevault. This makes me nervous. Is windscribe a ligit and good vpn? For any vpn does one need to disable FileVault?

There is nothing called "firevault" in the Apple world. You may mean:
- Firewall
- FileVault
I assume you mean FileVault, since you used that term later in your post.
