Q: Safari 9.1.3 does not function well
Hello,
I just updated my safari to 9.1.3 today. However, since then, it does not work very well. All google services are down, loading most of other websites is very slow, facebook works fine but slow as well. I've tried reset the safari, but didn't work at all. I've also tried using private mode and safe boot mode. None of them worked out. Is there anyone having the same issue?
The OS is 10.9.5 (13F1911), safari is 9.1.3 (9537.86.7.8). Google chrome works just fine on my macbook.

If this doesn’t help, please run EtreCheck and post the report here.
Download it, open Downloads folder, click on it to open and select ”Open”.
Click on the bouncing icon in the Dock.
“Choose a problem” from the popup menu box and then “Start EtreCheck” in the dialog.
Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard”
and then paste it when you reply.
