First consider trying the following steps:
- Back up your iPhone (you may wish to encrypt the backup, if using iTunes), restore it to factory settings (with a fresh copy of iOS) and check whether the issue persists before restoring from backup:
If the issue persists (or if you would prefer to skip directly to this step), contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation with a view to having your iPhone checked and, if recommended by Apple, serviced (whether under warranty, if eligible, or via chargeable out-of-warranty service):

I tried to restore to factory settings but no luck. I see few more users are facing same kind of issue right after updating to iOS 9.3.5
If this is the case then - I hope Apple should provide new update or something as this is damaging the hardware and loading a unnecessary burden while the phone is not under warranty.
