Q: Camera isn't working, green light keeps blinking

I recently bought a MacBook Pro 15' (mid-2015) and since that day the camera hasn't been working. When I open Photo Booth or FaceTime all I see is a black screen and the green light next to the camera doesn't stop blinking. The mac is running on El Capitan 10.11.2

Any idea how to solve the problem?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.2)

The warranty entitles you to complimentary phone support for the first 90 days of ownership.

If you bought the product in the U.S. directly from Apple (not from a reseller), you have 14 days from the date of delivery in which to exchange or return it for a refund. In other countries, the return policy may be different. If you bought from a reseller, its return policy applies.

I am facing the same problem. I was googling around and unfortunately this seems to be the hardware issue and only replacement the entire Retina display will do the fix. The entire display is "glued" together and not replaceable. I have seen some crazy stuff on the net people trying to warm it up untill it falls apart into pieces. Good luck.
