Q: Bluetooth won't turn on please help

I have problem with Bluetooth on new MBP 15 El Capitan 10.11.6 it show Off, when i click Turn Bluetooth On it not do anything. i only use magic mouse and this is happening every day.. it fix itself sometimes when i reboot but then problem starts again and i cant reboot it always it start to bother me because i cant use what i need.

Any help and advice how can i fix this is appreciated, thank you so much
