Q: Flikr syncing
How can I publish photos directly to a Flikr album from Apple Photos? And ideally manage Flikr albums from the Apple Photos interface? I'm sure this was possible in the old i-Photo!

You can add photos to an existing Flickr photo set, but you cannot manage the albums from Photos. You remember correctly, it ws possible in earlier iPhoto versions to sync albums with Flickr and facebook, but Apple does not support the syncing in Photos for Mac.You can just upload to to the photo sets and mange them using the Flickr web interface.
