Q: iTunes Match not uploading some songs from iTunes to cloud

I have ripped some music from CD's and imported them into iTunes (12.4.3.1) on my Windows 10 PC

 

Most of the songs have transferred to the cloud without a problem, but one Album with two Discs appears to be stuck in uploading the second disk. The first one has gone through OK. There is also one other song ripped from a compilation disk, which appears stuck as well. The songs in question still have a little dotted cloud next to them.

 

When ripping the two disk album I was presented with a choice of Albums to match with the second disk, and may have selected the wrong year. Strange as this did not happen when ripping the first disk.

 

The single song has had its info edited so that it is filed under its artist as it was the only song ripped from that CD. This has not caused problems before.

 

I have tried clicking the iCloud Music Library button, which was showing the even spinning wheel and the drop down text 'Matching your Music with songs in iTunes Store' to stop the process. then under File > Library > Update iCloud Music Library but it just sticks with the spinning wheel again.

 

How can I fix this and get all the songs to upload properly?
