iBooks

Q: purchased ibooks no longer available for download

In 2015 I purchased 6 Mary Renault books at £1.49 each.  Now when I try to download them from the cloud it says they are no longer available.  If this is correct, how do I get my money back?  If it is not corect, how do I download them? I was previously able to download them and have read two of them.

If they are no longer in your country's store you won't be able to redownload them, and refunds aren't given if an item is remove from the store. Do you not have copies of them on your computer (iTunes library if using a PC, iBooks app if using a Mac) and/or on your backup of your downloads/library so that you can sync them back to your iPad ?

    Thanks for your help.  I had assumed that if they were in the icloud they would be safe.  I have now found them by syncing with my laptop.
