Q: invoiced for purchase I didn't approve

I have recently received an invoice via email from Apple for an item that I did not order or purchase. Therefore I believe my apple account has been compromised.

I have now changed my password & completed the form 'cancel and manage subscriptions' but I haven't received an email back from Apple regarding the cancellation of this order.

Can anyone help me in finding out how to ensure this unapproved purchase is cancelled from my account so that i am not charged for something i did not purchase?

Also if there are other forms or someone/group i should contact in particular regarding my compromised account I would be very grateful if someone could let me know.
