Q: have to wait 41 days to turn on icloud music library, why is this?

i have made another itunes account for apple mysic but it will not let me turn on the icloud music library as it sais i am associated with another one already , which i am not, it wanrs me to wait 41 days . why is this and how can i get rid of it

    Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. 


    I understand from your post that you have created a new Apple ID for Apple Music, but when you try to turn on the iCloud Music Library you receive an error. Different Apple IDs can only be associated with services like iCloud every 90 days. This article will provide you with some additional information: 

    View and remove your associated devices in iTunes

    When you try to associate another Apple ID with a device that was already associated, you might see a message that says, "This device is associated with another Apple ID. You cannot associate this device with another Apple ID for [number] days." Depending on when you associated your device with your Apple ID, you might need to wait up to 90 days to associate the device with another Apple ID.
