Q: APPLE ID Locked

Whilst setting up a new phone my apple ID has been locked.

 

- I haven't received any verification emails

- my security questions are not being accepted

- my password is not being recognized

- the recover by email option is listing that an email has been sent to address ending in "hotmail.co.uk" but, I haven't added a Hotmail account to that ID.

 

Unable to proceed has been 24 hours already,
