Q: Audio over wifi or bluetooth

HI, on AppleTV 4th gen, can one send audio, e.g. from movies, over wifi or bluetooth?

I have Naim Muso that can receive audio over both medias.

You can pair Bluetooth devices with ATV. This will cut off audio going directly to your TV over HDMI cable, but I would think that's OK with what you want to achieve.

The manuals are not covering various set-up scenarios in detail.
