Q: iPhone camera takes washed out photos after installing 9.3.5

After more than 2 years, my iPhone's point and shoot camera went from taking good to outstanding photos to every outdoor shot that has any amount of sunshine - being badly washed out (weak saturation, contrast, sharpness etc.). after installing iOS 9.3.5. Anyone know what may be happening and can provide a suggested fix?

Also check whether you are using HDR. Perhaps you used to use it and turned it off:

Or perhaps your iPhone is full. Check Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage and be certain you have absolutely no less than 10% of your iPhone's total storage free.
