Q: Why should i need to pay to get an replacement phone reported with same issue which is already a replaced phone
My repair RAF no IMT1****82 serial no FC*******5QT,iphone 6 plus 16gb..got an quotation for 26743.31 for an replacement phone.Are you kidding me ?this is the second time i am reporting the same issue to you that too with an replacement phone and you are asking to go for an another replacement with this amount of huge whereas the exchange cost is jus 23k in same in your Imagine store.is this the kind of service you are rendering to your customers ?? is this the product quality of your stands ??while your people in the apple is saying "this iphone 6 version has lot of drawbacks sir may be it ll be rectified in iphone 7" are u cheating us costing 65k for an iphone to by a failure product .my case is simple i have already made an replacement with the same issue reported as now and again i have reported the same issue now with the replacement phone also .now again you asking me to go for replacement with paid amount.I cant bare any peny from my side for this, provide me a complete solution for this or else i ll get back my phone ll swift to samsung which is far better than your quality. seriously i didnt expect this kinda service and quality by a brand like yours being a customer of yours for 20 years i am quiting now.
