Q: iCloud

Hello . Yesterday i updated my iphone 4s , then after 3-4 hours my phone was locked . I contact the last owner and he gived me that apple id .I write add & pasword right but then comes a text that this apple id is disabled ? Pls help me and i'm sory for my bad english

Since you are still in contact with the previous owner, ask him/her to follow these instructions:
