Q: Tried to subscribe my membership on a dating site and $38 was deducted from my apple account as payment for upgrade so that I can gain full access on the site but up till now, my membership has not been upgraded even after $38 has already been deduct

Tried to subscribe my membership on seniorpeoplemeet.com and i made payment through my apple account and $38 was deducted from my apple account so that my membership on the site will be upgraded to full access. But unfortunately up till now, my membership on that site is still free nd has not been upgraded to full access even after they deducted $38 from my apple account. I contacted the site admin and they said the fault was from apple. Please I need possible and urgent solution to this issues. I have tried to restore saveral times but its  just working, I even uninstall the dating app and downloaded it again and it's still not working.

Please  need urgent  to this problem.
