Q: Unable to delete apps from iPhone

When I upgraded iPhone to 6S from 4, iCould transferred all my data, apps, and contacts, but there are certain apps

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.5

The way to delete all apps is to do a restore (or erase all content and settings).

Things I have tried:
1- Tapping on the wiggling app and "x" top left corner.
2-Restaring the phone, updating all apps from the App Store.
3- Syncing the iPhone with iTunes through my MacBook .
Going to iPhone-Apps on my MacBook and clicking on the folder that contains the apps I need to remove, but I don't get the "x" for removal.
4- Tried looking up the apps on the app store, but they don't exist., so I am stuck not knowing what to do.

Perhaps you are talking about Apple-supplied stock apps, such as Calendar, Stocks, Calculator, Weather.

These apps do not show up in the App Store and cannot be deleted, as they are included in iOS.

From your screenshots it appears you're using an older version of iTunes. Please update to v. 12.4.

Are these apps owned by some Apple ID other than yours? That would create a problem.

Restoring your iPhone should help.

This means your operating system is too old to accommodate the current version of iTunes.

You need at least Windows 7 or OS X 10.8.5 to download current iTunes.

No, it's from the same Apple I.D.
I was hoping to find a quicker solutions than a restore. Is there a way to delete all apps?
