Apple Pay

Q: Can not add Credit Card to Apple Pay

When i try to add my credit card to apple pay, The pop up message keep state "software update required to add this card apple pay"

And I am already update to iOS 9.3.5 but the message still pop up.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.5, null

Restart your iPhone then try again.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

Set up Apple Pay on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch - Apple Support

I have tried to restart the iphone several times, but the "software update required to add this card apple pay" message still pop up after type in the security code.
