Q: Wi-Fi Connection Problems

Hello! My iPad Pro is having major problems staying connected to my home wi-fi. This is the 2nd brand new device with the same problem. After manually adding the network back (when it actualy takes tthe password after several trys), it does the same thing - and did so on BOTH devices. Meanwhile, all of my Samsung tables and phones, as well as my iPhone, function with no problem. Apple Support has not been helpful and contends that this is not a device-specific issue, or a common problem. Does anyone have any clue why this is happening or, better yet, how to fix it? Thanks for all your help.
