Q: I have two icloud accounts and need to cancel one

I have two icloud accounts and need to make sure I cancel one of them, so that I am only paying for space in one.

If you are indicating that you upgraded the storage in both accounts, then you can downgrade it to the free 5 bytes on the one you don't want to use anymore: iCloud storage upgrades and downgrades - Apple Support

 

You can't actually "delete" the account. Just stop using it.
