Q: Lightning to SD Card Camera Reader is not working IOS 9.3.5

I purchased "Lightning to SD Card Camera Reader" from iPhone shop and it was working fine with iPhone 6 (I believed with previous IOS version). Now, I try to import the picture from SD card to the phone, however nothing happened.

I was trying to change the SD card to see what will be happen if it's 4GB/8GB/16GB, but result still the same (not able to do anything).

I suspected that this could be BUGs need to be fixes from current IOS 9.3.5. Could you please fix it in the next sub release version, so I can continue using the "Lightning to SD Card Camera Reader" as usual. Thank you.

    This is a user to user community technical support forum.

    All of us here, with the exception of Apple Support Community Forum Specialists, are users, just like you.

     

    Have you tried a hard reset of your iPhone by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPhone goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?

    Hi Michel,

     

    Sorry, my bad. A little blur this morning.

    I try to do hard reset, after the phone come back then I attached the same accessories once again...

    Hum..nothing different, I can see "Import" tab, but after a while emptied image shown.

     

    PS. my devise is iPhone 6+ (IOS 9.3.5).
