Sep 5, 2016 1:44 AM in response to Jonathan UKby chromomindhd,online I saw that's lot of people have this problem and apple knew about it and as my phone isn't under warranty anymore i doubt apple will give me a new one but I will contact apple support as it's a really annoying problem

Sep 5, 2016 10:30 PM in response to chromomindhdby Steven_0,I've been to the genius bar 2 times and called Apple since I'm out of warranty was $300 And some or go to a third party store. the 2nd time they said to hold out and wait for apple to address the issue, I found a store that does repairs $15 I'm in debate about what I'm going to do.
