i change my app id and my icloud is not set to this new and when i go to sing in my icloud sed to mi is worng but i think is hacked

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.3.5, icloud

What makes you think your account has been hacked?Is there any chance you enter incorrect id? Can you clarify when exactly you are prompted to type this id?

Your apple ID is tied to all the apps / photos you have if you change all your apple ID
You lose all of them even paid one,s .
