Q: Low volume issue on Iphone 6 plus

Hi, I m facing low incoming volume issue on my Iphone 6 plus

I have tried the option of turning off the Noise cancellation button in assassiblity option in setting, but still facing the same issue,

so Dear Community please help me in this regard.

If your issue is with the volume from your iPhone's receiver, follow the steps here:

If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't clear on your iPhone - Apple Support

If the issue relates to using the speaker:

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support
