I tried to access it using iTunes, and nothing. Again, I bought it brand new, and ... I dunno whats happening. It asks for some email ,only not mine email.

You could have used your google email account to set up the AppleID, but the AppleID is distinctive as is the password. Think, when you bought the product or your first Apple product you had to have set up an AppleID, the email could be correct, but the password is not. Go to Apple support, AppleID for more perhaps resetting the AppleID password and I think it will work.

My Google ID is ****, but I think at some point may be a year ago I set up Apple ID, it`s again dendaa but in icloud.com, so now I`m stuck because I don`t remember my pass. I never used iCloud.
The security questions, I have no idea what I entered as replies. Only my birthday is fine. However, I have the contract for the phone when I bought it brand new, with the serial number and the IMEI.
Do you think if I provide documents for the purchase Apple will be able to help me out? I can provide Apple with the info they need to prove the darn thing is mine.
....
The only problem is the contract is in Bulgarian language.

If you don't have a store nearby, call them back. Can you back up your phone? If so, do so. Try these,

Yes, they are in Bulgarian but the contract and the invoice show the IMEI the serial No. and my name as well.
The worst part is not the password, it`s the fact that my son is turning 2 years old next week, and all the photos and videos I have for him are on the phone. I never did a back up. Not on this iPhone, not on the one I used before.
I never used iTunes. I guess, I will take a lesson
