Sep 6, 2016 9:13 AM in response to beppobellerby CrashBurner,It's a relatively common problem unforunately.
If you do not know the passcode, the only way to bypass that screen is to restore your iPhone, which will unfortunately erase all content on your iPhone. This is a security precaution set up by Apple, so people cannot access your information without that specific passcode.
Go into iTunes and plug in your phone and click restore on your computer screen.
If you ARE able to get passed that code, and you simply want to change it, navigate on your iPhone to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode > (enter your 4-digit passcode) > Change Passcode.
Good luck!
