Can I use my Time Machine backup for one Mac Mini on a 2nd Mac Mini ?

Logic Pro X, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5), I need to keep using Mountain Lion

Are you asking to back both macs up using Time Machine to the same disk, or, do you want to make both Mac mini's the same?
