Q: How to restore all information stored on my Airport Time Capsule to my new iPAD Pro

I previously had an Macbook air with a backup to an Airport Time Capsule. The MacBook Air died (bluescreen). I now have a new iPad Pro and want to restore all the photos that were saved on the Airport Time Capsule to my iPad. How do I do this?

Connect the iPad Pro to your computer and sync the photos to the iPad Pro.

You can't directly, the Time Machine backup must be restored to a compatible Mac, and then transferred to an iPad

So I have to buy a new compatible mac to restore my photos. That's crazy. They really don't make this easy.

You can "find" software to do this, or, local repair shop may offer the service and do it for you.

If your photos were on iCloud it may be possible, were they stored in the iCloud Photo Library?
