Q: iPhone hacked

To make the long story very short this is what happened: my email got hacked and so was my icloud and the hacker wanted 20 euro for the passcode to unlock my iPhone 6. I went to the apple store and the workers restarted it, removing everything from my phone but leaving the hacked email as the activation email (why???).

After some time I managed to get recover my account but now this pops up

when I went to my apple id it showed that I don't have any devices connected to it.

so does this mean my activation account was changed? and if so how do I completely restart the iPhone on my own since apparently the apple workers do not have such power

someone please help

Your phone was not hacked, your iCloud account was. If you can't regain control of your account (Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support) then you will need to present Apple with the original proof of purchase for the phone to have the activation lock removed.

I already did that. I went with all my papers and even got accused of stealing the iPhone. but right now whenever they restart the iphone it still requires activation email which we don't know.
I'll try going to the apple store tomorrow with this new info I acquired and hopefully it will help

If you were accused of stealing the phone, it sounds like you did not have the proper documentation.

the documents were the SFR deal with the monthly pays for the phone and so on

OK. Apparently, whatever you presented to Apple wasn't sufficient. Ask them what you need, then talk to whoever you bought if from if you don't have that.
