Q: Trying to export (backup) personal contacts only...

I want to reset my phone and do a full clean-up with the phone "as new" (not a restore).

I use my iPhone for both personal and work, so I have a couple hundred personal contacts such as family members and friends. But I am also on an Outlook Enterprise server at work and my phone shows nearly 1500 contacts that I have for work.

Since I know the Outlook contacts will repopulate after I reconnect my work account, I am only concerned about being able to export (backup) and save the personal contacts. So this question has two parts:

Part 1: How to segregate the Outlook contacts from the personal contacts on my phone...? I know you can display certain ones just by turning off the other group. But that doesn't segregate them internally to the phone - so how to export only those contacts that are not in the work-related group?

Part 2: Knowing that iOS doesn't really segregate groups very well, many of the later contacts that have been added just show up in all groups. This is because I didn't go into my phone and change the group check boxes every time I entered the one new contact. Is there a way to go in and fix this on the personal contacts to take them out of the Outlook group on my phone and leave them in the personal group?

iPhone 5, iOS 9.3.4
